“最好的老师就是让学生热爱你所教学课的老师。”这句话对我震动很大。现行的学校对老师的评价基本上是依据高考升学率和高考升学成绩,评优评先、晋升职位都是以高考成绩为唯一依据。但一位好的语文老师不仅要传道授业解惑,还要以独立之人格、自由之思想对学生施以深远的影响。我认为优秀老师的评价标准应该是这样的:
