目的了解目前成都超市消费人群获取食物营养知识的来源,寻找到推广宣传食物营养的相关内容。方法自行设计调查问卷,选择2个大型超市采用意图抽样法进行问卷调查。结果共调查148人,有效问卷139份,99.28%的人群对于食物营养的重视程度极高,70.5%的人群通过网络(含微信微博)电视和报纸杂志获取相关的食品营养知识,49.64%的人群喜欢科普文章这样的知识传播方式。结论信息技术、移动终端的发展和人群对正确食品营养知识的需求,需要权威的机构或个人,更多应用现代的传播方式进行食物营养知识的推广。
Objective To understand the current consumer sources of food nutrition knowledge in Chengdu supermarket and to find out the relevant content to promote food nutrition. Methods Self-designed questionnaire, select two large supermarkets using intention sampling method for the survey. Results A total of 148 questionnaires were surveyed and 139 valid questionnaires were validated. 99.28% of the population valued dietary nutrition highly. 70.5% of the respondents got the food nutrition knowledge through the internet (including WeChat microblogging) TV and newspapers and magazines, 49.64% People like science articles such knowledge dissemination. Conclusions Information technology, the development of mobile terminals and the population’s demand for the correct knowledge of food nutrition require institutions or individuals that are authoritative, and more use of modern modes of communication for the promotion of food nutrition knowledge.
