徐玉杰自1993年担任项目经理以来,主管工程主要有:南阳鸭河口火电厂循环水工程、白龟山水库的拦河坝和顺河坝、武汉黄坡江堤整险加固工程和临淮岗洪水控制工程北副坝工程,现任洛阳宁禹门河反调节水库工程项目经理。他具有工程师、内审员、预算员监理员和全国爆破中级职称等资格,经过以往的工程实践,具有土石方爆破开挖及大体积混凝土工程施工管理经验。徐玉杰在河南省南阳鸭河口水库除险加固工程中被评为新长征突击手、连续三年被单位评为先进工作者,荣获河南省施工技术进步成果二等奖,在白龟山水库除险加固工程中被单位评为劳动模范,在年度考核中被评为优秀工作者、工程建设优秀项目经理。在工程管理中,能够与建设、监理及设计等相关单位密切配合,建立良好的关系,为工程施工管理创造良好的条件,为局赢得良好的信誉, 获得较大的经济效益。

In project management, we can work closely with relevant units such as construction, supervision and design and establish good relations to create favorable conditions for project construction management, gain a good reputation for the office and gain greater economic benefits.
