1 概况河南省燕山水库泄洪洞工程施工时,其防洪标准采用20年一遇,相应最大洪峰流量为5287m~3/s,根据坝址下游210m处的河道水位~流量关系曲线得出,相应出口洪水位91.65m,而泄洪(导流)洞出口地面高程有较大部分在此水位以下,因此需要修建出口围堰,另外出口消力池最低建基面75.89m,且围堰基础有砂卵石层与河床砂卵石层相连,故采用基础防渗措
