目的识别、评价、分析建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供科学依据。方法选择与该项目类似的工程进行类比调查,采用类比法、经验法和检查表法相结合的原则进行定性和定量评价。结果该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室设置等符合卫生学要求:生产过程中可能产生硫酸,二氧化锰、二甲苯、粉尘、噪声、高温及热辐射等职业病危害因素。类比检测结果生产场所空气中粉尘时间加权平均容许浓度(TWA)为2mg/m3,短时间接触容许浓度(STEL)最大值4mg/m3。结论该项目为职业病危害一般建设项目,生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防和控制的。
Objective To identify, evaluate and analyze the possible hazards of occupational diseases in construction projects and provide a scientific basis for approval of construction projects by health administrative departments. Methods A project similar to the project was selected for analogy investigation. The method of combining analogy, experience and checklist was used to conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The site selection and overall layout of the construction project, layout of production facilities, design of occupational disease protection facilities and setting of health aids rooms met the hygiene requirements: sulfuric acid, manganese dioxide, xylene, dust, noise, high temperature And heat radiation and other occupational hazards. Analogue Test Results The weighted average allowable concentration of dust (TWA) in the air at the place of production was 2 mg / m3 and the maximum STEL for short-term exposure was 4 mg / m3. Conclusion This project is a general construction project of occupational hazards, and occupational hazards that may occur in the production process can be prevented and controlled.
