自21世纪以来,浙江的民营企业有了更多的机遇,拥有了更大的市场,民营企业财务管理的环境、观念也得到了改善。而浙江省也成为了民营企业大省,不仅发展了浙江的经济也解决了许多就业问题。但是浙江民营企业在发展过程中碰到了资金问题,许多企业无法筹到足够的资金进行扩大再生产。本文试图通过对政府、银行、民间、企业四个方面进行分析研究来透视这个问题。论文以浙江省内的民营企业为研究对象,针对浙江民营企业筹资的现状,提出了解决或缓解的几种有效途径。希望通过本文能够为浙江民营企业的筹资有所帮助,最终使浙江的民营企业发展得更好更健康。
Since the 21st century, private-owned enterprises in Zhejiang have had more opportunities, have a larger market, and the environment for financial management of private-owned enterprises has also seen their concepts improved. Zhejiang Province has also become a private enterprise province, not only developed the economy of Zhejiang but also solved many employment problems. However, Zhejiang private-owned enterprises have encountered funding problems in the development process and many enterprises are unable to raise enough funds to expand reproduction. This article attempts to perspective the issue through four aspects of government, banking, civil, business analysis and research. The thesis takes private enterprises in Zhejiang province as the research object, and proposes several effective ways to solve or alleviate the current situation of private-owned enterprises in Zhejiang Province. Hope that through this article can help fund the private-owned enterprises in Zhejiang, and ultimately make the development of private-owned enterprises in Zhejiang better and healthier.
