目的了解驻马店市学校及托幼机构食堂餐饮具消毒现状,加强对学校及托幼机构食堂餐饮具消毒工作的管理,保障学生的饮食卫生安全。方法采用大肠菌群快速检测纸片法,对驻马店市城区40家中小学校、托幼机构食堂消毒后待用的1 000件餐饮具进行消毒效果监测。结果餐饮具消毒总合格率为81.8%,各类餐饮具中以餐盘合格率最低;高温蒸汽法消毒合格率最高;托幼机构食堂餐饮具消毒合格率高于中小学食堂。结论驻马店市学校及托幼机构食堂餐饮具消毒质量总体不高,食品安全监管部门要严把餐饮服务许可证审批关,重视对学校食堂餐饮具消毒的监督指导,保障广大学生及幼儿的餐饮安全。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection of tableware tableware in schools and kindergartens of Zhumadian City and to strengthen the management of disinfection of tableware and tableware in schools and kindergartens, and to ensure the health and safety of students’ diet and hygiene. Methods Using the method of rapid detection of coliform bacteria by paper method, the disinfection effect of 1 000 pieces of tableware to be used after disinfection of 40 primary and secondary schools and nurseries of canteens in urban areas of Zhumadian City was monitored. Results The total qualified rate of tableware disinfection was 81.8%. The lowest pass rate of tableware was in all kinds of tableware. The highest pass rate of high-temperature steam disinfection was the highest. The pass rate of tableware tableware disinfection in kindergartens was higher than that of primary and secondary school canteens. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of tableware in Zhumadian schools and kindergartens is not high. Food safety regulatory authorities should strictly examine and approve food service licenses, and supervise and guide the disinfection of school canteens and tableware to ensure catering safety for students and young children .
