近一两年来,特别是“121号”文出台之后,学界和地产圈对房地产基金(Real Estate Investment Trusts)的讨论沸沸扬扬,海外房地产基金普遍介入国内,势头强劲,但据业内人士预测,国内房地产基金在短期内却很难有根本性突破。
