目的测定石仙桃中两个二氢菲类化合物的含量。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法从石仙桃中分离得到2,7-二羟基-3,4,6-三甲氧基-9,10-双氢菲(DTDP)和coelonin,采用超高效液相色谱法测定其含量。结果分离到DTDP和coelonin,其含量分别为0.24%、0.28%。结论所用方法准确、简便、快速,可用于石仙桃药材成分的含量控制。
Objective To determine the content of two dihydro-phenanthrene compounds in the stone peach. Methods Silica gel column chromatography was used to separate 2,7-dihydroxy-3,4,6-trimethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (DTDP) and coelonin from Fructus Amomum and determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography Its content. Results DTDP and coelonin were isolated and their contents were 0.24% and 0.28%, respectively. Conclusion The method used is accurate, simple and rapid, and can be used for the content control of the ingredients of Lithospermum.
