目的建立测定复方利多卡因乳膏中盐酸利多卡因和马来酸氯苯那敏含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,Dikma色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸氢二铵溶液(10∶90),流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长225 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL。结果 20~140μg·m L-1盐酸利多卡因(r=0.9999)和5~35μg·m L-1马来酸氯苯那敏(r=0.9997)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.77%(RSD=0.42%)和99.63%(RSD=0.49%)。结论所用方法简便、准确,可用于复方利多卡因乳膏的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of lidocaine hydrochloride and chlorphenamine maleate in compound lidocaine cream. Methods The HPLC method was used on a Dikma column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-0.5% diammonium phosphate (10:90) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- Column temperature 30 ℃, injection volume 10μL. Results A good linear relationship was found between the concentration of lidocaine hydrochloride (r = 0.9999) and chlorphenamine maleate (r = 0.9997) at 20 ~ 140μg · m L -1 and peak area Rates were 99.77% (RSD = 0.42%) and 99.63% (RSD = 0.49%), respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the determination of compound lidocaine cream.
