当前,民办高校学报审稿中存在没有严格执行三审制程序、过于依赖校内审稿专家、专家队伍年龄结构不合理、审稿周期长等问题。笔者从重视培养责任编辑、严格执行三审制,建立校内外审稿专家库、实行内外交叉双盲审制,加强学习和培训、提高审稿队伍实力,建立审稿专家评审表、评选优秀审稿专家等方面提出对策,以期为提高民办高校学报审稿质量提供参考。
At present, there are some problems in peer reviewership of journal of non-governmental colleges, such as not strictly implementing the procedure of the third reviewing process, relying too much on reviewing experts in the university, unreasonable age structure of the expert team and long review period. The author attaches great importance to the training of responsible editors, strictly implements the three-trial system, establishes the repertoire of reviewers inside and outside the school, implements internal and external cross-blind trial system, strengthens study and training, improves the strength of the review team, establishes reviewers’ Experts and other aspects of the proposed countermeasures, in order to improve the quality of private college journals reviewers provide a reference.
