位于湖北省保康县马桥镇的湖北保康县马桥镇金磷有限责任公司,改制不到两年的时间,一个濒临破产的企业就起死回生了:两年多时间里,交税122万元,上交县财政及镇政府170万元。对于磷矿为支柱产业的保康县来讲,这不能不说是一个奇迹。虽然从盈利的数字上并不能说明太多问题,但企业的发展是实在的,一个企业要发展,路途是艰难的,我们敬佩逆境中奋进的人,为此我们专访了湖北金磷有限责任公司总经理徐忠国,听听他是如何说的——
