1994年5月于沈阳市郊区外地民工集居地区出现麻疹流行,本文报告中的同胞兄妹4人相继发病,其中3人死亡,现报告如下。例1.兄,6岁。以咳3天,发热伴喘1天于5月19日入院。患儿5月8日起发热,干咳、眼红,2天后颈面部出现斑丘疹,而后漫及全身,5天后消退。查体:体温39.7℃,心率160次/分,呼吸60次/分,精神差,营养欠佳,呼吸急促,口唇发绀,躯干、双下肢
