应用电弧喷涂技术修复零件表面的磨损与划伤有突出的优点:①零件不需预热,尤其给不便预热的大型设备零件的修复带来了极大方便;②喷涂时工件受热小,不存在象堆焊那样的热变形、热裂纹、热影响区及高应力:③修复层厚度大,单边喷涂可达5mm以上;④喷涂层与体结合强度高,抗拉强度可达2~4kgf/mm~2,有良好的冲击韧性,能承受车、铣、磨等切削力而不崩碴;⑤喷涂效率高,修复速度快,送丝量可达10~30kg/h;⑥根据零件表面技术要求,可以方便地更换喷涂丝材,满足不同的工况需要.因此,电弧喷涂技术一问市,就受到了各方面的高度重视,并在实际应用中获得显著的社会效益和经济效益.本文论述的应用电弧喷涂技术成功地修复长江三峡工程中挖泥船发动机曲轴.就是其中一例.
