作者利用自动记录同心园筒式旋转粘度计,研究了石英粉—水玻璃涂料的流变性,证明这种涂料基本上是带有屈服值的胀塑性流体。本文分析了水玻璃模数、比重,粉料粒度,悬浮剂、表面活性剂,涂料的搅拌回性与温度等因素对流变性的影响。讨论了流变性与型壳表面质量的关系,指出了获得理想流变曲线与流变参数(实际表观粘度η_(ta)、屈服值τ_y 及流型指数 n)的控制方法
The authors studied the rheological behavior of quartz powder-water glass coatings using an automated recording concentric cylinder rotary viscometer to demonstrate that the coating is essentially a dilatant plastic fluid with a yield value. This paper analyzes the effects of water glass modulus, specific gravity, particle size of powder, suspending agent, surfactant, stirring back of paint, and temperature on rheological properties. The relationship between rheological properties and shell surface quality was discussed, and the control methods to obtain ideal rheological curves and rheological parameters (actual apparent viscosity η_(ta), yield value τ_y, and flow index n) were pointed out.
