目的探讨血液灌流联合血液透析的临床应用和护理体会。方法我科选取2016年2月-2017年2月所收治的采用HP+HD联合治疗方法的258例患者作为本次研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组均129例。对照组患者实施常规护理措施,而观察组患者实施全面高效的护理干预措施,对比两组患者的患者满意度以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的患者满意程度显著优于对照组,并且观察组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组。结论对血液灌流联合血液透析的患者实施全面护理措施能够有效提高患者的临床治疗效果和患者满意度,在临床上具有极大的推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application and nursing experience of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis. Methods A total of 258 patients treated with combination therapy of HP + HD from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 129 cases in each group. Patients in the control group underwent routine care while patients in the observation group performed comprehensive and efficient nursing interventions comparing patient satisfaction and complication rates in the two groups. Results The patient satisfaction degree in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing measures for hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the patient’s clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction, which has great clinical value.
