目的探究动态护理质量控制在病区护理质量管理中的应用分析。方法在我院病区护理质量管理中实施护理质量控制,对于单项护理质量控制进行评分,包括护理文书、消毒隔离、病房管理、基础护理、特一级护理。结果动态质量控制实施后,各项的护理指标得分显著优于实施前评分,差异明显(P<0.05),具备临床可比性。结论实施动态护理质量的控制模式,形成了大家有压力、有目标、有质量意识以及管理意识,全员进行参与,有效的提高护理的质量管理水平,促进优质的护理服务可持续发展,促进提高护理管理的效率,确保患者的生命安全,增强护理质量。
Objective To explore the application of dynamic nursing quality control in ward care quality management. Methods The nursing quality control was implemented in the nursing quality management of wards in our hospital. The quality control of individual nursing was scored, including nursing documents, disinfection and isolation, ward management, basic nursing and special primary care. Results After the implementation of dynamic quality control, the score of each nursing index was significantly better than that before the implementation, the difference was significant (P <0.05), with clinical comparability. Conclusion The implementation of dynamic control of quality of care, the formation of a pressure, goals, awareness of quality and management awareness, full participation, effectively improve the quality of care management, and promote the sustainable development of quality nursing services and promote improvement The efficiency of nursing management to ensure the patient’s life safety and enhance the quality of care.
