思想政治建设是党的建设的根本任务,是领导班子建设和干部队伍建设的核心和灵魂,做好思想政治工作的重要意义和积极作用毋庸置疑。但如何做好新形势下的思想政治工作,却面临着诸多困惑,以致思想政治工作在不少单位或企业中渐有淡化、弱化、边缘化之势,迫切要求我们以改革创新精神探索和完善新形势下做好思想政治工作的方法和途径。结合新形势下思想政治工作中出现的新情况、新问题以及本单位开展思想政治工作的实践,笔者认为,正确处理好五种关系是做好思想政治工作的关键。
Ideological and political building is the fundamental task of party building, the core and soul of building leading bodies and the contingent of cadres, and there is no doubt about the importance and positive role of doing ideological and political work. However, how to do a good job in ideological and political work under the new situation is confronted with so many confusion that the ideological and political work has gradually weakened, weakened and marginalized in many units or enterprises, and urgently requires us to explore and improve with the spirit of reform and innovation Ways and Means to Do Ideological and Political Work under the New Situation. Combining with the new situations and new problems in the ideological and political work in the new situation and the practice of our unit in carrying out ideological and political work, the author believes that correctly handling the five types of relations is the key to doing a good job in ideological and political work.
