采用饱和硫酸铵分级沉淀法,DEAE 阴离子交换层析和葡聚糖凝胶过滤技术,将人淋巴细胞产生的白细胞间素-2提纯约1300倍.T 淋巴细胞经 PHA-TPA刺激后分泌的白细胞间素-2.用 SDS-DAGE 检测其分子量为15000.部分纯化的白细胞间素-2稳定性差,加入聚乙二醇可以维持其生物活性.本实验为进一步研究白细胞间素-2在慢性病毒感染中的作用打下了基础.
Using saturated ammonium sulfate fractionation precipitation, DEAE anion exchange chromatography and dextran gel filtration technology, human interleukin-2 produced by human lymphocytes purified about 1300 times.T lymphocytes stimulated by PHA-TPA secretion of leukocytes M-2 was detected by SDS-DAGE molecular weight of 15000. Partially purified interleukin-2 stability is poor, adding polyethylene glycol can maintain its biological activity.In this study, to further study the interleukin-2 in chronic virus The role of infection laid the foundation.
