2013年是贯彻落实十八大精神的开局之年,国际经济形势依然错综复杂,充满不确定性,国内经济发展仍然面临不少风险和挑战,加快转变经济发展方式刻不容缓。当前我国发展尤需重点关注和深入研究的主要问题有:今年宏观经济走势和政策选择,改革的顶层设计和地方探索,提高城镇化的质量和效益,化解产能过剩与提高创新能力,加强公共服务与社会管理,消费需求结构变化与消费新增长点等。
