岩矿中稀土总量及其分量的分离一般采用大型交换柱,本文试用强酸1×8阳离子交换树脂,置于0.6×11厘米的小柱子上,考察了钇与铝分离的可能性,以硝酸—酒石酸和盐酸作洗提剂,可使多元素连续洗提,提供了本方法的各项质量指标。经大批样品的生产考验,本法具有较高的分离选择性,效率有所提高,稀土回收完全,分析结果均较满意。 实验部分 一 仪器和主要试剂 仪器装置和工作条件(详见文献)
Large-scale exchange columns are generally used for the separation of rare earths and their components in rock and ore. In this paper, a strong acid 1 × 8 cation exchange resin was placed on a small column of 0.6 × 11 cm. The possibility of separation of yttrium from aluminum was investigated. - Tartaric acid and hydrochloric acid as eluent, can make multiple elements continuous elution, provides the quality indicators of the method. After a large number of samples of the production test, this method has a higher separation selectivity, efficiency has improved, complete recovery of rare earth, the analysis results are satisfactory.
