BC型齿轮油泵系我厂于1966年开始更新设计,以取代ШГ型油泵的新系列;BC-25是其中批量最大的一个规格。BC型油泵的优点是结构简单、制造方便、价格低廉;外壳由平整的泵体、前后盖三片组成,齿轮用铁基粉末冶金烧结,专用零件仅七种。设计后由于受“四人帮”严重干扰,产品未经严格鉴定和试验即大批投产,故许多机理不清楚,存在不少质量问题,图纸工艺都很混乱,特别是噪声大,寿命低,用户不满意。经测定噪音在78～80分贝左
