红河供电局按照“三个创新”的要求,针对电网运行维护中运用现代技术手段、先进管理理念的层次和水平还不能适应电网跨越式发展的实际,从2005年6月初开始,红河供电局作为云南电网公司生产信息管理系统的建设试点单位,按照云南电网公司的统一步骤,克服了生产任务繁重等困难,积极稳妥地推进系统建设工作。截止2006年12月10日,该系统变电运行、变电设备和缺陷管理三个模块已在红河供电局投入单轨挂网运行,使现代科学技术在各个生产环节得到了广泛应用,大大提升了电网的运行维护能力。
