为了更好地贯彻《中华人民共和国义务教育法》,国家教委组织力量在调查研究的基础上,吸取国内小学数学教学改革的经验,同时参考国外一些有关资料,制订了《九年义务教育全日制小学数学教学大纲(试用)》,经过全国中小学教材审定委员会审查通过,将由国家教委正式颁发实施。这部大纲的颁发实施,对明确小学数学的培养目标,指导和推动当前的教学改革将起重要作用。下面根据我个人的学习体会,就这个问题谈几点意见。
In order to better implement the “Compulsory Education Law of the People's Republic of China”, on the basis of investigation and research, the State Education Commission organizes efforts to draw on the experience gained from the reform of mathematics teaching in primary schools in China and at the same time, with reference to some relevant foreign materials, formulated the “Nine-year Compulsory Education Full- Primary Mathematics Teaching Syllabus (Trial) ”, after the national primary and secondary teaching materials review and approval committee passed, will be formally issued by the State Education Commission. The promulgation and implementation of this outline will play an important role in clarifying the training objectives of primary mathematics and guiding and promoting the current teaching reform. The following based on my personal learning experience, talk about this issue a few comments.
