高校党的建设具有其特殊性,因其党建工作主体、内容、目标均与中国传统文化有着密切联系,故而在新时期,加强和改进高校党建工作应注重继承和弘扬传统文化中的优良部分,克服传统文化中的消极影响,进一步完善党的思想建设、组织建设和作风建设。
