一都厂分队在坑內作业以来,一直是採用湿式凿眼。但由于所选擇的水箱容积过小(80公升)一般凿眼供水量在1kg/分种以下,致使坑內空气含尘量很高。同时每班裝水所占时間約为純凿眼时間的5~15%,这就使掘进效率减低。为了保証国务院“坑內空气含尘量不大于2毫克/m~3”的指示和提高凿岩效率,在生产大跃进中。职工們以巧干实干的精神,开展技术革新,針对上述存在的問題,提出了自然压力水湿式凿眼的合理化建議,並在领导的大力支持下付諸实踐。
