头位对于颌肌肌电的反应分为平衡和不平衡两型。平衡型与功能性的正常(牙合)有关,而不平衡型则与(牙合)障碍有关。前曾用鼠作研究,显示强直的颈反射影响颌肌的张力,牙周韧带的机械刺激促进颌肌的活动。本研究的目的是观察随意变换头的姿态对于颌肌的影响与其对(牙合)障碍的关系。
Head position for the jaw muscle EMG response is divided into two types of balance and imbalance. Balanced and functional normal (occlusion) related, and unbalanced with (occlusion) disorders related. Previous studies with rats have shown that ankylosing neck reflex affects the tension of the jaw muscles and mechanical stimulation of the periodontal ligament promotes the activity of the jaw muscles. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a free-change head posture on jaw muscles and its relationship to occlusion.
