大量数据和事实证明,改革开放以来,尤其新世纪以来裕固族聚居区经济社会发展和人民生活发生了翻天覆地的变化。这种变化的主要原因在于改革开放的大背景、当地因地制宜符合实际的发展战略以及国家民族政策的支持。裕固族地区当前发展面临的最大问题是既有经济结构的不合理,难以实现可持续发展,如何能够找到一条将生态保护和经济增长结合起来的绿色发展之路成为关键。国家主体功能区制度的建立及相关政策,既为裕固族地区的进一步发展规定了方向,也为当地因执行国家战略而遭受损失的弥补带来了希望。当然,更多的希望还在于裕固族地区人民不断探索、不断创新的科学发展设想和实践。
Large amounts of data and facts have proved that since the reform and opening up, especially in the new century, the Yugur people’s settlement has undergone tremendous changes in the economic and social development and people’s livelihood. The main reason for this change lies in the general background of reform and opening up. The local conditions are in line with the actual development strategy and the support of national policies. The biggest problem facing the current development of the Yugur region is that the existing economic structure is irrational and it is difficult to achieve sustainable development. How to find a green development path combining ecological protection with economic growth is the key issue. The establishment of the system of the state’s main functional zones and related policies not only set the direction for the further development of the Yugur region, but also brought hope for the local remedies of the losses suffered as a result of the implementation of the national strategy. Of course, more hope still lies in the Yugur people continue to explore and innovate the scientific concept of development and practice.
