介绍了红沿河核电站1号机组及阳江核电站1号机组发生的凝结水系统再循环管线振动发生的现象及处理过程:红沿河核电1号机凝结水系统再循环管道在调试期间发生振动,再循环阀门阀杆断裂,通过振源分析,确认再循环阀门选型不合适造成阀后汽蚀,通过更改合适的阀门类型解决;阳江核电1号机组调试过程中发生的凝结水再循环管道振动情况,通过振源分析,确认系统运行超出了设计工况,造成阀后流体闪蒸,通过增加孔板解决。
This paper introduces the phenomenon and the process of the vibration of the recirculation line of the condensate system occurring in Unit 1 of Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant and Unit 1 of Yangjiang Nuclear Power Station. The recirculation pipeline of Honglihe Nuclear Power Plant No.1 condensate system vibrates during the commissioning, Recycling valve stem fracture, through the vibration source analysis to confirm the selection of recirculation valve cavitation caused by improper valve, by changing the appropriate type of valve to solve; Yangjiang Nuclear Power Unit 1 commissioning process condensate recycling pipeline vibration Situation, through the vibration source analysis, confirmed that the system is running beyond the design conditions, resulting in fluid flashing after the valve, by increasing the orifice solution.
