变声期后一个男性的声音仍保持童音或者类似女性的声音,称为男性女调.此病虽不多见,但可造成病人沉重的精神负担,引起畸形心理,有害于青少年的身心健康,家长应引起重视,我们用保守疗法治疗此病12例,取得满意疗效.一般资料12例男性病人,年龄19～22岁,病程1～4年,就诊的主要症状是男性发音呈现女调,并感说话费力,喉部发紧,引起旁人取笑,急切要求治疗.临床检查12例病人均发育正常,营养良好,男性第二性征明显,无女性性征改变,共同特点为讲话时精神紧张,喉结显著上提,纤维喉镜检查:双侧声带张力较大,闭合时中间有缝4例,双侧室带枪先闭合3例.
