本文研究了锑和稀土元素对ZL104铝硅铸造合金的组织和断裂韧性K_(TC)的影响。采用20×40×200毫米的带预制裂纹试样进行三点弯曲试验。所得结果表明:适量的锑含量可使ZL104的断口细密,改善其断裂韧性和其他机械性能的指标。
In this paper, the effects of antimony and rare earth elements on the microstructure and fracture toughness K_ (TC) of ZL104 Al-Si cast alloy were studied. Using 20 × 40 × 200 mm prefabricated crack specimens for three-point bending test. The results show that: the amount of antimony content can make ZL104 fracture fine, improve its fracture toughness and other mechanical properties of the index.
