建立大鼠在体单向肠灌流模型,采用高效液相色谱法测定灌流液中葛根素的浓度,考察葛根、葛根-穿山龙、葛根-川芎和复方龙脉宁4种汤剂在十二指肠、空肠、回肠和结肠中葛根素的吸收情况。结果显示在十二指肠和回肠中,葛根-穿山龙组与复方龙脉宁组葛根素的吸收参数无显著性差异,但均显著高于葛根和葛根-川芎组的吸收(P<0.05);在空肠和结肠中,3个配伍组中葛根素的吸收参数与葛根单药组相比,存在显著性差异(P<0.05),而复方龙脉宁组中葛根素的吸收参数与葛根-穿山龙和葛根-川芎组相比也存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。表明在大鼠全肠段中,复方龙脉宁汤剂对葛根素的吸收有明显的促进作用。在十二指肠和回肠中,复方中穿山龙对葛根素的吸收有明显的促进作用;在空肠和结肠中,穿山龙和川芎能协同促进葛根素的吸收。
The rat model of unilateral intestinal perfused was established. The concentration of puerarin in perfusate was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The effects of Pueraria, Radix Puerariae - Chuanxiong, Radix Puerariae, Jejunum, ileum and colon in the absorption of puerarin. The results showed that in the duodenum and ileum, there was no significant difference in the absorption parameters of puerarin between Puerarin - Chuan Shan Long and Fufang Longmaining (P <0.05), but significantly higher than that of Pueraria lobata and Chuanxiong (P <0.05) In the jejunum and colon, the absorption parameters of puerarin in three compatibility groups were significantly different from those in Pueraria alone (P <0.05), while the absorption parameters of puerarin in Fumanglongmaining group were significantly different from those in Pueraria lobata and Pueraria lobata - Chuanxiong group there is also significant difference (P <0.05). Show that in the rat bowel, Compound Longmaining Decoction of Puerarin absorption significantly promote. In the duodenum and ileum, the compound Chinese medicine in the absorption of puerarin significantly promote the role; in the jejunum and colon, Chuanxiong and Chuanxiong can synergistically promote the absorption of puerarin.
