以苜蓿为试材,研究了中间锦鸡儿根、茎、叶不同浓度水浸提液(0.5、1.0、5.0、10.0、25.0mg/mL)对苜蓿种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感作用。结果表明:中间锦鸡儿不同器官水浸提液均对苜蓿种子萌发表现出低促高抑的效应。中间锦鸡儿根、茎水浸提液对苜蓿胚根的生长表现为促进作用,且随水浸提液浓度的增大呈先增强后减弱的趋势;中间锦鸡儿根、茎水浸提液对苜蓿胚轴主要表现为抑制作用;中间锦鸡儿叶水浸提液对苜蓿胚根和胚轴的生长均表现出低促高抑的效应;中间锦鸡儿根、叶水浸提液对苜蓿幼苗干重的影响表现为低促高抑,而中间锦鸡儿茎水浸提液则以促进作用为主。总体来看,中间锦鸡儿各器官的水浸提液对苜蓿种子的萌发存在化感作用,建议今后在营造锦鸡儿-苜蓿人工复合系统时需考虑种间化感作用。
Alfalfa was used as experimental material to study the allelopathic effects of aqueous extracts (0.5, 1.0, 5.0, 10.0 and 25.0 mg / mL) of root, stem and leaf of Caragana intermedia on seed germination and seedling growth of alfalfa. Overall, the aqueous extracts of Caragana intermedia had allelopathic effects on the germination of alfalfa seeds, suggesting that interspecific allelopathy should be considered in the future when creating the Caragana-clover artificial composite system.
