阐述了铁矿石氧化还原反应实验系统的设计原理、工艺流程、设计思路,包括硬件和软件方面的设计以及系统在实验中的应用情况等。系统可为实验过程物料反应提供等温、非等温的实验温度场和精确的气氛环境。实验结果表明:该系统可实现对200~1 600℃区间内的温度和升温速率的精确控制,控制精度为±1℃,对气体流量的控制精度为±0.01L/min,质量测量精度为±0.001g。
The design principle, process flow, design ideas of iron ore redox reaction experimental system are expounded, including the design of hardware and software and the application of the system in the experiment. The system provides isothermal, non-isothermal experimental temperature fields and a precise atmosphere for the reaction of the experimental process material. The experimental results show that the system can precisely control the temperature and the heating rate in the temperature range of 200 ~ 1 600 ℃, the control accuracy is ± 1 ℃, the control accuracy of the gas flow is ± 0.01L / min, the quality measurement accuracy is ± 0.001g.
