The purpose of exercise testing is to increase myocardial oxygen consumption to show myocardial ischemia at rest (ST segment changes). Although multi-lead and positive ECGs are adequate for most cases, they are not yet sensitive enough. This article describes the exercise as a sequence of ECG before the diagnosis of coronary crown
