以钴催化体系为催化剂,用两步聚合法合成了1,2-链节含量范围在7—16%的低乙烯基聚了二烯橡胶。对聚合产物的表征结果表明,聚合物中存在着间同1,2-聚丁二烯的微晶,这些微晶起晶种的作用,能促进产物在低温下的结晶;当胶中1,2-链节含量小于10%时,不溶于CS_2的级分较少,加入1,2-聚合催化剂后主要生成顺1,4-间同1,2-丁二烯嵌段共聚物;当1,2-链节含量高于10%时,CS_2不溶物量较多,这时除上述嵌段物外尚可能生成少量间同1,2-聚了二烯均聚物。
Cobalt catalyst system was used as a catalyst to synthesize a low-vinyl-poly-diene rubber with a content of 1,2-linkages in the range of 7-16% by a two-step polymerization method. The results of the characterization of the polymerization products showed that there existed intercalated 1,2-polybutadiene microcrystals in the polymer. These microcrystals played the role of seed crystal and could promote the crystallization of the product at low temperature. When the content of 2-mer is less than 10%, the fraction insoluble in CS_2 is less, and the 1,2-butadiene block copolymer is mainly formed when 1,2-polymerization catalyst is added. , When the content of 2-mer is higher than 10%, the amount of insoluble matter in CS_2 is larger than that in the block.
