自贸试验区不仅是贸易、投资和金融制度的创新和试验区,也是司法体制、审判机制、法官职业化建设的试验区。上海自由贸易试验区重在制度创新,制度创新引起法律法规的调整和变化,司法审判中应当及时跟进并准确适用。应完善审判机制,提高审判专业化水平,健全和完善立案、审判和执行工作机制,提高自贸区案件的审判效率和诉讼服务水平。同时要加强审判管理,强化司法公开,做好涉自贸区案件的审判管理信息交流、案件评查、案例总结等方面的工作,加强司法解释、司法指导、司法统计工作,不断完善涉自贸区案件适用法律统一机制。
