2)8 MHz 时钟振荡电路存在故障,一般也会引起不开机的现象。确定8 MHz 时钟振荡电路是否存在故障,可以测量系统控制电路 CPU(31)、(32)脚1.4 V、2.2 V电压是否分别正常?如果正常,可以分别代换 C712、C713、Z701试试;如果仍然不开机,说明(31)、(32)脚外围的振荡电路有故障,也可能是系统控制电路内部的时钟振荡电路存在故障,可以代换一下系统控制电路试试。如果(31)、(32)脚电压较低,说明可能是 C712、C713漏电造成,可以取下 C712、C713进行检查。
