酸枣仁在酸枣汤中要求先煎(《金匮要略》),现入汤剂多主张捣碎煎服。为探讨酸枣仁最佳粉碎度,我们进行了粉碎度对酸枣仁水浸出物的影响实验。
Suanzaoren is required to be fried first in sour jujube soup (“Golden Chamber”), and now the decoction mostly advocates smashing and decoction. In order to investigate the optimum smashing degree of Suanzaoren, we conducted an experiment on the effect of grinding degree on the water extract of Suanzaoren.
