已列入电影技术“九五”规划的重点科研项目《数字电影制作技术研究》,其项目可行性研究在1996年5月16日由广电部科技司组织的专家评审会上,被一致通过。 专家评审组组长、电影局总工鲍林岳,付组长、电影学院院长、教授刘国典主持了评审会。该项目课题组长、中国电影科研所所长杨步亭高级工程师,付组长、清华大学光盘国家工程研究中心付主任陆达博士及组员、中国电影科研所付所长楚泽洋高级工程师,首先就该项目开题的背景与意义、立题的基础与条件、选题的方向与内容等,做了简明的介绍。
