β受体阻滞剂心得安为特发性震颤的症状性治疗的首选药物,但它不是对所有的本病患者均有效。以往对影响疗效的各种因素曾作了探讨,但说法不一。本文作者曾研究过口服一次剂量(120mg)的心得安对特发性震颤的效应,发现该药对震颤振幅较大而频率较慢者比振幅较小而频率较快者的效果为佳。
Beta-blocker propranolol is the preferred drug for symptomatic treatment of idiopathic tremor, but it is not effective in all patients with this condition. In the past on the impact of various factors have been discussed, but different opinions. The authors of this study examined the effect of propranolol (120 mg) on paroxysmal nystagmus, and found that it had a better effect on tremor at a higher amplitude and at a lower frequency than at a smaller amplitude and faster frequency.
