随着艺术行业的不断发展,高校培养艺术人才与市场需求存在一定的差异。高职院校要想培养出符合市场需求的艺术人才,必须从教学的需要出发,加强教师队伍的素质建设,提高教学质量。本文通过分析高职院校教育面临的困境,提出建设“双师型”教师队伍的必要性和紧迫性,阐明了高职院校如何建设“双师型”教师队伍的有效措施,从而实现高职院校艺术教育的良好发展。
With the continuous development of the art industry, there is a certain difference between the training of art talents and the market demand in colleges and universities.
