本文介绍了关联度分析及其在流行病研究中的应用。通过对钩体病发病率时间序列资料进行分析,明确了各影响因素与发病率的关联程度依次为:鼠带菌率x_3>鼠密度x_2>流行服节降雨显x_4>人群血清抗体阳性率x_1。该方法具有所需样本量小,无需典型的概率分布,计算简单,易于被基层防疫人员所掌握等优点,是流行病监测中的有用工具。
This article introduces the correlation analysis and its application in epidemiological studies. By analyzing the time series data of incidence of leptospirosis, it was clarified that the correlation between each influencing factor and the morbidity was as follows: the incidence rate of mice carrying bacteria x_3> the rat density x_2> the prevalence of rain x_4> the prevalence of serum antibody in population x_1. The method has the advantages of small sample size, no typical probability distribution, simple calculation, easy to be mastered by the grass-roots epidemic prevention staff, etc. It is a useful tool in the epidemic surveillance.
