“国家体育锻炼标准”(以下简称“达标”)是我国群众体育的一项根本制度。它已成为各类学校评定学生“三好”,衡量学校体育工作的重要标志之一。“达标”测验成绩的评分方法和划分评级的方法特殊,同其他任何体育项目都不同。目前,各学校体育教学越来越重视“达标”项目的施教。然而,在高等学校里,如何提高较高的学校达标率;在“达标”同、异类各项目指标间存在何种依存关系和相关规律;如何发现主次项目,在教学和训炼中做到科学塔配与安排等诸问题,已摆在体育教师面前。本文,用10个“达标”项目的资料数据做统计学处理,计算出18个同、异类项日指标间的相关系数,并绘制“相关系数骤类图”。这些,对教学与训炼的选项安排提供参考依据。还用群体均值和个体成绩绘制“放射线综评图”,并且设计理论回归方程。以此为依据,体育教师和学生可分析与评价身体素质发展的现状和特点,为制定群众体育活动计划和个人锻炼方案提供埋论分析和运用的样本。这种方法,也可以用到形态、机能等体质的分析和评价。如能恰当地利用它,就可以避免教学、训练和个体锻炼的盲目性,提高科学性,对提高人材质量,健康水平以及运动选材等方面具有一定的现实意义。
“National Physical Training Standards” (hereinafter referred to as “standard”) is a fundamental system of mass sports in our country. It has become one of the most important symbols in assessing students’ “three good” and school physical education in all kinds of schools. Scoring methods and graded ratings for “standard” test scores are specific, unlike any other sports program. At present, more and more attention is paid to the teaching of “standard” projects in all PE schools. However, in colleges and universities, how to improve the compliance rate of higher schools; what are the interdependences and related laws among the indicators of “same standard” and “different standards”; how to find out the primary and secondary items, and to do it in teaching and training Science Tower with arrangements and other issues, has been placed in front of physical education teachers. In this paper, statistical data are processed with the data of 10 “standard” projects to calculate the correlation coefficients between 18 same-day and different-type day indexes and draw the “class diagram of correlation coefficients”. These, the teaching and training options to provide a reference basis. Also use the group average and individual achievements to draw “Radiological comprehensive evaluation chart”, and design theory regression equation. Based on this, PE teachers and students can analyze and evaluate the status quo and characteristics of the development of physical fitness, and provide examples for burgeoning analysis and application of planning for mass sports activities and personal exercise programs. This method can also be used to form, function and other physical analysis and evaluation. If it can be properly used, it can avoid the blindness of teaching, training and individual training, improve the scientific nature, and have some practical significance to improve the quality of talented people, health level and sports selection.
