目的 :研究滋养细胞肿瘤与病毒的关系。方法 :采用聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)对 82例滋养细胞肿瘤中的 HPV、HCMV进行了筛检 ,并配以超微结构对比观察。结果 :PCR检测发现 :30例正常胎盘绒毛中 ,HPV全部阴性 ;82例滋养细胞肿瘤中仅有 1例阳性。二者检出率无统计学差异。在 2 7例滋养细胞肿瘤中检测 HCMV,结果全部阴性。电镜观察发现 :滋养细胞肿瘤的一系列超微病变提示病毒感染迹象。结论 :正常胎盘绒毛中无 HPV感染 ,滋养细胞肿瘤的发生与 HP 、HVMV感染均无关。但根据超微形态学研究 ,尚不能排除其他病毒感染的可能
Objective: To study the relationship between trophoblastic tumor and virus. Methods: The HPV and HCMV in 82 cases of trophoblastic tumor were screened by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and compared with ultrastructure. Results: The results of PCR showed that all 30 cases of normal placental villi had negative HPV, and only one of 82 cases of trophoblastic tumors was positive. There was no significant difference between the two detection rates. HCMV was detected in 27 cases of trophoblastic tumors, all negative. Electron microscopy revealed a series of ultrastructural lesions of trophoblastic tumors suggesting signs of viral infection. Conclusion: There is no HPV infection in normal placenta villi. The occurrence of trophoblastic tumors has nothing to do with HP and HVMV infection. However, according to the research of ultrastructure, the possibility of other virus infection can not be ruled out yet
