目的探讨颅咽管瘤患者术后并发症的对症护理措施。方法对3 9例颅咽管瘤患者术后出现的各种并发症结合临床观察,给予相应的护理措施。结果患者术后虽然均不同程度的出现各种并发症,经积极治疗和精心护理后均得到良好的控制。结论目前颅咽管瘤的治疗以手术为主,原则是能够完全切除的肿瘤应尽量完整切除。由于肿瘤完整切除难度较大,且术后易出现的并发症较多,因此,术后的临床观察和护理尤为重要。护理人员能够及早发现病情变化和积极地配合医生采取有效的护理措施,是提高患者预后的重要组成部分。
Objective To investigate the symptomatic nursing measures of postoperative complications in patients with craniopharyngioma. Methods 39 cases of craniopharyngioma patients with postoperative complications of clinical observation, given the appropriate nursing interventions. Results Although patients had various complications in varying degrees after operation, they were well controlled after active treatment and meticulous care. Conclusion At present, the treatment of craniopharyngioma is surgery, and the principle is that the tumor that can be completely removed should be resected as completely as possible. Due to the difficulty of complete resection of the tumor, and more postoperative complications, therefore, postoperative clinical observation and nursing is particularly important. Nurses can detect changes in the disease and actively cooperate with the doctor to take effective care measures, is an important part of improving the prognosis of patients.
