目的探讨KAI1/CD82在大肠肿瘤的表达及意义。方法选取40例大肠癌、20例淋巴结转移癌、18例腺瘤与20例正常大肠粘膜标本,应用免疫组化检测KAI1的蛋白产物CD82的表达。结果正常大肠粘膜与腺瘤组织CD82表达较弱(阳性率分别为25.0%与5.6%),大肠癌组织中28例阳性,阳性率为70 %,淋巴结转移癌阳性率为5%,4组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD82在肿瘤组织中的表达与其组织学分级无关(P>0.05),而与是否伴有淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论KAI1/CD82与大肠癌转移及预后相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of KAI1 / CD82 in colorectal tumors and its significance. Methods 40 cases of colorectal cancer, 20 cases of lymph node metastasis, 18 cases of adenoma and 20 cases of normal colorectal mucosa were selected for immunohistochemical detection of KAI1 protein product CD82 expression. Results The expression of CD82 in normal colorectal mucosa and adenoma was weak (positive rates were 25.0% and 5.6% respectively). The positive rate was 70% in colorectal cancer tissues and 5% in lymph node metastatic carcinoma. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of CD82 in tumor tissue had no relation with its histological grade (P> 0.05), but with or without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion KAI1 / CD82 is associated with metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
