目的:采用随机抽样的方法对贵阳市农村更年期妇女生存质量进行调查研究,了解该人群生存质量现状及其影响因素。同时测定血清抑制素B、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇水平,初步探讨关系更年期妇女生命质量及影响因素与血清抑制素B、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇水平的关系,为开展农村地区更年期保健,提高她们生存质量提供科学依据。方法:选取贵阳农村地区300例40~60岁的妇女,采用世界卫生组织生存质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)、自制生活质量影响因素调查问卷及相关体检进行健康状况调查,并测定其血清INHB、FSH、LH、E2水平。结果:①农村更年期妇女血清中抑制素B水平与生活质量的总分呈正相关,即生活质量越高,抑制素B水平越高。但与各领域得分不存在相关性。农村更年期妇女血清中FSH、LH、E2水平与生活质量的总分及各领域得分均不存在相关性。②与更年期妇女血清中抑制素B的水平有统计学意义的影响因素有:绝经时期、心电图异常、产次、是否喝牛奶。③卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇水平与绝经时期有密切相关性,其余各个生活质量影响因素与激素水平相关性无统计学意义。结论:抑制素B不仅是反应卵巢功能的指标,也是反应生活质量的一个指标。
Objective: To investigate the quality of life of climacteric women in rural areas of Guiyang using random sampling method to understand the status of the quality of life of the population and its influencing factors. The levels of serum inhibin B, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and estradiol were measured at the same time to explore the relationship between the quality of life and the influencing factors of climacteric women and serum statin B, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and estradiol , Provide scientific basis for carrying out menopause care in rural areas and improving their quality of life. Methods: A total of 300 women aged 40-60 years in rural areas of Guiyang were enrolled in this study. WHOQOL-BREF, questionnaire about quality of life of self-made quality and related physical examination were used to investigate the health status of INHB, FSH, LH, E2 levels. Results: ①The level of inhibin B in serum of menopause women in rural areas was positively correlated with the total score of quality of life, that is, the higher the quality of life, the higher the level of inhibin B. However, there is no correlation with scores in all fields. The level of FSH, LH and E2 in serum of menopause women in rural areas were not related to the total score of quality of life and score of each field. ② and statin women with serum levels of inhibin B were statistically significant influencing factors are: menopause, abnormal ECG, parity, whether to drink milk. ③ follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, estradiol levels and menopause are closely related to the rest of the quality of life factors and hormone levels were not statistically significant. Conclusion: Inhibin B is not only an indicator of ovarian function, but also an indicator of quality of life.
