元月22日云南省电力公司会同省经贸委、省计委、省水利水电厅审查通过了云南省电力公司及红河州、文山州16户地方供电企业的供电营业区申报材料。经国家电力部批准,云南省电力公司依法获准在云南全省供电营业许可,同时云南省电力局批准了红河州、文山州16户供电企业的供电营业区申请。这样,继首批获得供电营业许可的昆明市、玉溪地区8户供电企业后,我省目前已有1户电网经营企业、24户供电企业依法获得供电营业许可。全省供电营业区划分工作迈上了新的台阶。 划分供电营业区,实施供电营业许可制度,是在市场经济条件下国家规范电力市场,保障电力工业有序发展的必然要求,是解放49年以来我国第一次
On January 22, the Yunnan Provincial Power Company, together with the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, the Provincial Planning Commission, and the Provincial Water Resources and Hydropower Bureau, reviewed and approved the power supply business zone application materials of the Yunnan Electric Power Company and 16 local power supply companies in Honghe and Wenshan. With the approval of the Ministry of Power, the Yunnan Electric Power Company was approved to provide power supply business licenses throughout Yunnan Province in accordance with the law, and the Yunnan Provincial Power Bureau approved the application of the power supply business areas of 16 power supply companies in Honghe Prefecture and Wenshan Prefecture. In this way, following the first batch of eight power supply enterprises in Kunming and Yuxi, which were granted power supply business licenses, one power grid operation company and 24 power supply enterprises in the province have obtained power supply business licenses according to law. The division of power supply business areas across the province has reached a new level. The division of the power supply business area and the implementation of the power supply business license system are the inevitable requirements for the state to regulate the power market under the conditions of the market economy and ensure the orderly development of the power industry.
