新型墙体材料及轻质材料建筑的开发,目的在于改高物耗为低物耗,高能耗为低能耗,要求材料质量轻.功能多、性能好;目的还在于提高建设速度和建筑物的使用功能,创造优美环境,为广大人民群众造福,这有着十分重要的经济效益和社会效益.随着社会的不断进步,人民生活水平的不断提高,人们面对的不仅仅是人均居住面积问题,而且要求建筑物形式丰富多样,使用功能完善,配套设施齐全,可以满足不同的装饰装修要求.因此,必须广泛采用新型轻质墙体材料,开发轻型建筑,以满足人们居住环境的要求.
